Exciting news - Practice merger and relocation!

We’re extremely excited to announce that as of November 1st, 2025, we’re merging with Grinwald, Beed & Associates. Dennis Beed, the managing principal, will be joining our team, bringing with him over 50 years of professional accounting experience. Similar to the initial mergers, this will provide additional resources and experience to help us serve you.

As part of the merge, we’re getting a brand new look. Fitzpatrick Ruschinek Zucker Pty Ltd will now be operating as Bayside Advisory Pty Ltd. The phone number will remain the same as it always has been. However, our email addresses will be changing to firstname.inital@baysideadvisory.com.au (e.g. brad.p@baysideadvisory.com.au). Although emails to our old email addresses will be forwarded on.

Change to you as a client will be minimal apart from the change in office location. The new office address is 307 Bay St, Brighton. We’re only 300 meters up from the old offices in a location that we believe is even more convenient for our clients.
